Postage is for delivery to the MAINLAND UK only. All items must be paid in full, with payment being cleared before we will ship. If the item(s) are paid for in full before 12pm on a working day, we will aim to post on the same day. Purchases made over the weekend will be shipped on the next available working day.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the item can be received. All items will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure the delivery address is correct. In the event no one is available to sign for the delivery, details will be left by the courier on how to receive your item. All item not received or collected will be returned to ourselves, and re-delivery may result in additional postage charge.
In the event an item is damaged in transit, the item must be signed for as "Damaged" or delivery to be rejected. Damaged or faulty goods can be exchanged for a direct replacement or an equivalent in arrangement for ourselves. Please contact ourselves at the earliest opportunity regarding damaged or faulty items.
Any items returned must be done so in the original packaging with the items original contents. it is the buyers responsibility to cover all returns postage.
The manufacturer of the item will provide the warranty in accordance to their own returns policy. Warranty will cover defects and faulty items. Wear and tear is not generally covered.
